With over 15 years of experience across talent acquisition, executive search and business support, Bronwyn has worked with businesses ranging from high-growth start-ups to established corporates — helping them find and secure the people that move the needle.
Her background spans end-to-end recruitment, scarce skills sourcing, C-Suite and specialist search, and building talent functions from the ground up. She understands both sides of the hiring equation — what businesses need to grow, and what great candidates need to make a move.
Bronwyn founded TALENTTAC in 2014 with a clear purpose: to offer businesses a smarter, more personal alternative to traditional recruitment. No volume play. No CV dumping. Just targeted, strategic talent acquisition delivered by someone who genuinely cares about getting it right.
